In this letter, you are going to be reading about how to find your purpose and doing what you were created to do on earth. Therefore, grab a cup coffee or tea, take a seat and enjoy the ride…
A lot has been going on all over the world most especially from the impact of C-19 to the point that so many people seem to have given up in life.
I want to encourage you not to give up. At this stage, we cannot give up. Let’s continue to promote peace, unity and love and let’s continue to feed our minds with positive thoughts and we will reap the fruits in reality with time. Never neglect the prayer factor (some call it meditation) as it serves as the catalyst for opening our eyes to unlimited revelations of creative ideas.
Whatever has been preventing you from moving forward before now has lost its hold over you completely right now.
I see you breaking into new territories. I see you rising beyond your current level to heights you could never have imagined.
Keep going and never give up.
Without much ado, I want to write to you about how to discover what you were meant to do on earth in order to create solutions and effectively add values to people’s lives.
I may not be able to finish this in a single blog post. Therefore, kindly see this as Part 1 of the series of this subject matter, which means more posts or letters are still coming after this one.
In my subsequent letters, I will also be sharing with you how I found my purpose and how many lives have been blessed by by it.
Then you too will be able to learn from my practical stories in a way that will transform your life and you can start doing what you were meant to do here on earth.
For those who are already working on their purpose, this letter is going to serve as a refresher, and you are free to share it with as many people as possible.
Did you know that a lot of people are not happy with what they are doing presently?
Why?
Because they have not found their reason for being on earth yet. There is a reason for being incarnated on earth. There is a reason for being alive. You are a part of a Greater Whole called God, having a human experience on earth.
For the purpose of clarity, I will be sharing with you a concept called “The Purpose Venn Diagram” designed by a Spanish author and psychological astrologer, Andres Zuzunaga, who created it in 2011.
What is the Purpose Venn diagram about?
It is a basic outline to finding purpose in life. Some Life Coaches call it Japanese IKIGAI, but this has been debunked because Japanese IKIGAI shares slightly different concept, but you can still find some elements of Purpose Venn diagram in the Japanese IKIGAI and vice versa.
Andres, in his Purpose Venn Diagram shared that there are four components to finding your purpose, calling, assignment, or reason for being on earth, which I will represent to you using by the following four questions:
Are you doing something that you love?
That you are good at?
And that you can get paid for?
That the world needs?
Let’s look at the image below and carry out some exercises thereafter with respect to the four questions:
I am going to break each symbol down in a way that will make it understandable:
The first symbol represents something that you love: Something that you do that catapults you into a state of bliss, which helps you forget about your problems momentarily. Something you always feel connected to in some way, even though you are not making money from it. You will always know within your gut when you truly love to do that thing. E.g Sports, Games, Music, Dancing, Drawing, etc
The second symbol of a medal represents something that you are good at: Something you put your time and effort into in order to get better at it. Examples are skills acquired in business, video editing, web designing, copy writing, welding, plumbing, all kinds of crafts, etc. Mind you, some people may not love what they are good at. Their love may be on something else.
The third symbol of money represents something that you can get paid for: This could be something your parent or the society forced on you that you must do. It usually follows this mantra: “go to college and study Law, get a good grade, get a job and get paid…” Robert Kiyosaki calls it “Rat Race” which means you are simply trading your time for money. The day you stop working, money stops coming in. Examples are Engineering, Law, Medicine, Nursing, etc
And the last symbol (comprising the globe and people) represents something that the world needs: Things you can do that the world can benefit from, thereby adding values to people’s lives. Something you do for people and you are getting very good feed backs from them.
Here is what Andres says about his formula:
That if you can look for something that can fulfill all the four symbolic requirements described above, then you have found your purpose on earth.
To help people figure this out, he used a Venn diagram – the same Venn diagram we used in Sets (Mathematics) while in school, to drive home his points. See my own remake below:
Did you know that some people are working 9-5 job and getting paid handsomely, yet they still feel unfulfilled?
The reason is because they have not found their purpose yet. Something will keep telling them, “…you are more than this, you don’t belong here…etc” and suddenly, they resign and then they go after their real purpose on earth.
How can you harmonize your Passion, Mission, Vocation and Occupation in order to arrive at your purpose on earth?
Start searching your heart right now. Use the following questions as a guide:
What do I love doing?
Am I good at it or can I be good at it?
Can I get paid doing it, or can people buy it?
Can I impact people’s lives positively doing that thing, is it beneficial to the people?
Think about those four questions as I stop here for now…
I will continue the rest of the series in my next letter or blog post.
I will write you soon.

This is apt sir. Thanks so much for the Blog. The questions really hit me big as I begin to think deeply If I really love my job or I am simply doing it for the money. I guess the latter is actually the answer. I look forward to reading the next blog sir. Thanks and thanks again
You are very welcome beloveth. Every human being is on this table including myself. We get to a point in our lives where we tend to figure out if our job is truly our passion. How do we figure all these out and arrive at our purpose while still making enough money that will grant us both time and financial freedom? What out for my subsequent post in your email very soon.
